About Us
Comfort Class HVAC Contractor Tulsa is a leading service company in the greater metro area of Tulsa for HVAC, chimneys, air duct cleaning and dryer duct cleaning services. Established in 2006. We have developed to having a full service of Chimney and HVAC/Air Duct Division so we can service a multitude of customer needs. Since our beginning, we have continued to grow with the needs of our customers to even include roofing. We provide great service through our extensive training and programs that we have to educate our employees and also our customers on all that’s needed for their homes. We have leading equipment to fulfill all of our services that have allowed us to become a leading companion in the Tulsa metropolitan area.
We also have a showroom to help our customers actually envision what it will look like their home. Customer service has always been at the leading edge of our business and has been the catalyst of all of our growth into multiple services.
When we started out as C&C Chimney and HVAC Contractor Tulsa we were a chimney service provider. Our primary location was out of our home in Skiatook. We bought a Meals on Wheels van for $1,100 and started the business without any loans. Lots of prayer went into this venture and we felt the Lord was inviting us into a new phase of our lives. For the first couple of years, I was the Owner and Operator of the company as we built our reputation in the area.
Many people have asked how we got started. Its roots are grounded in family. The C&C are my wife’s and daughters initials. Our daughter was just a year old when we launched. It took a lot of faith to jump out at that season of our life. This family centered philosophy is still at the core of our business and we endeavor to treat each of our customers like they are a part of our family. I was doing all the work in this new business and it took a few years before we could actually get the business out of our home. In 2009 we moved into a larger building in downtown Skiatook and we were able to start hiring employees to help. It was at this time that we expanded our company to start an air duct cleaning division. I bought a full trailer that had everything needed to be able to meet all our customers’ needs when it came to cleaning their air ducts throughout their home. This was really exciting to have this opportunity to grow the company into this new area. However, it was also scary. Buying all the new equipment was another step of faith but this new service would allow us to fill in the seasonal gaps in the chimney business and allow us to hold on to employees year-around.
In 2010 we had another great opportunity. This was an open door for me to go back to school to learn the HVAC Service Industry. This service went hand in hand with what we were already doing. After finishing school, I was given the chance to be an intern for my professor which allowed me to fast track into getting all my requirements completed to being a full HVAC Contractor Tulsa. This was our third big expansion for the company! In just six years we had expanded exponentially which allowed us to meet even more of our customers’ needs. At this time we did a re-brand and became C&C Air Services while maintaining the C&C Chimney business. Once we branded this new company division within C&C, we were able to move, in 2024, into a bigger shop to expand our ability to meet our customers’ needs. This also included hiring more employees so our total number was up to nine people all in our “family”. This new location stirred more vision to expand into the Greater Tulsa Market so we could help even more people and bring them into our family. This, again, took a lot of faith and leaning on the Lord as we hired more employees to service a larger area of customers.
2015 C&C was able to hire our first Customer Service Manager to help us maintain our high standard of customer service with an ever expanding number of customers. This helped tremendously in providing the standard of service that our customers had come to expect and enjoy from our company. As we continued to expand these divisions in our company, we opened up our showroom so our customers could see all our service offerings for our customers.
Growth continued as the Lord blessed our hard work. In 2021, we merged both the companies, Chimney and HVAC Contractor Tulsa, into one company called Comfort Class and we had over 15 employees. This required a new brand and new organizational structure. Our customers were happy and our services were gaining more and more of a reputation for high quality and integrity of service.
Life continued to successfully grow with the rebrand. This rebrand included clarity in our Mission, Vision and Core Values. These were critical for our employees and our customers. At this point we were again outgrowing our leased facilities and with our expanded Vision and Mission, we knew we wanted to add more training facilities for our team. This led to the dream of having our own building with space for all of our newly clarified Vision and Mission. A building that could secure all our vehicles and equipment, store all our supplies, provide our showroom, house all our employees and accommodate all of our training and still have room to grow into the future. We bought some land that was exactly what we needed to build our first ever Comfort Class Facility. We spent time planning and organizing what the right facility would need for years to come. Within the new facility we even incorporated a new division of Comfort Class Sheet Metal so HVAC Contractor Tulsa could do all the prefabrication work that our customers needed. Now we can do it quicker with custom details at a lower price for our customers.
We have focused heavily on setting our company apart from all other Chimney and HVAC Contractor Tulsa companies. Being the leader in the area has required extensive training for each of our employees. Knowledge leads to confidence. Consistency leads to trust. Skill leads to
We have many different areas of training.
Our reviews show us that we are moving in the right direction.
