What do you hear most often from customers about why they choose your company?

Customers frequently tell us they choose Comfort Class Our team at HVAC Contractor Tulsa because of our reputation, professionalism, and commitment to quality. They appreciate our strong online reviews, our established brick-and-mortar location, and the confidence that comes from working with a local company that has been serving the community for many years. Customers also value the extensive training we provide our team. We invest in developing qualified technicians through HVAC schooling, certifications, and ongoing education to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their trade. Many of our team members have been with us for years, allowing us to build long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing trusted service they can rely on for years to come.

One of the most memorable projects that HVAC Contractor Tulsa has ever completed was a historic home in Midtown Tulsa near the Philbrook area. The project involved restoring and repairing four chimney systems in a home that was more than 100 years old. While the project was rewarding, it also presented several unique challenges that required creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving.

One of the first challenges was access. The chimneys were approximately 55 to 65 feet above ground level. We initially rented a lift that we believed would be sufficient, but once we arrived on-site, we discovered it did not have the height and reach required to safely access all of the chimney structures. We had to quickly coordinate with the rental company to exchange it for a larger specialty lift that could reach over the peak of the roof from the front yard. Accessing the rear chimneys from the backyard was not an option because we wanted to avoid damaging the customer’s pool area and travertine surfaces. Successfully navigating that challenge allowed us to safely complete the exterior portions of the project.

Another major challenge involved one of the basement fireplaces. The chimney flue was approximately 65 feet tall and contained two significant offsets. Traditional restoration methods would not work because of the unique design. After consulting with the manufacturer in Richmond, Indiana, HVAC Contractor Tulsa had a custom applicator built specifically for this project. This allowed us to properly resurface the interior of the flue and restore its integrity.

The restoration process was extremely detailed. In some areas, HVAC Contractor Tulsa was actually able to enter portions of the chimney structure to perform repairs, parging, and sealing. Once completed, we used a camera system to inspect the finished work and verify that all voids had been filled. The final result was essentially a new chimney liner system that safely contained the products of combustion and restored the fireplace to proper operating condition.

What made this project especially enjoyable was the problem-solving involved. Every challenge required a solution, whether it was finding the right equipment, developing a custom application method, or adapting our repair process to a century-old structure. It pushed our team at HVAC Contractor Tulsa to think creatively and rely on our experience.

The greatest reward was seeing the homeowner’s reaction. She had spent nearly a year renovating the home and wanted her family to enjoy the warmth, ambiance, and memories that a fireplace creates. Knowing we helped restore a piece of that home’s history and provide peace of mind for years to come made the project incredibly fulfilling. Nearly five years later, we still service the property, which is a testament to the trust and relationship that began during that project.  This is true for many of our long time customers with HVAC Contractor Tulsa,
